Crab Cay will host a world class marina with over 11,000 linear feet of slippage. Designed to berth 114 vessels, the marina will have a depth of over 20 feet. Founding Investors will receive their own personal yacht slip as just one of the benefits of participating in the Crab Cay development.
The Crab Cay marina will have its own security detail with coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Electricity, fresh water, solid sanitary waste collection systems and internet access will be some of the available services at the marina.
Currently, there exists an extreme shortage of yacht slippage in the Caribbean. The Crab Cay marina will have the capacity to accommodate super-yachts over 300 feet in length.
